1 φλ. κινόα, άβραστη
1-3/4 φλ. νερό
1 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο
½ λεμόνι, ξύσμα και χυμό
½ αβοκάντο σε κομμάτια
Θαλασσινό αλάτι
Ψημένα αμύγδαλα σε τρίμμα (προαιρετικά)
Φρέσκος μαϊντανός, ψιλοκομμένος (προαιρετικά)

Εκτέλεση

– Ξεπλύνετε καλά την κινόα για να φύγει η πικράδα.
