Ήρθε το μεσημέρι και μας άνοιξε η όρεξη! Για σήμερα λέμε να φτιάξουμε ψητές πατάτες με κοτόπουλο. Η συνταγή είναι απλή:
Ψήνουμε 4 μέτριες πατάτες στους 230ο C για 45-60 λεπτά, μέχρι να μαλακώσουν. Παράλληλα τηγανίζουμε 500 γρ. στήθος κοτόπουλο (χωρίς κόκαλα και πέτσα) σε ένα τηγάνι αλειμμένο με λάδι, για 10 λεπτά.
Κόβουμε την κάθε πατάτα στα δύο και γαρνίρουμε κάθε κομμάτι με 1 φλιτζ. μπρόκολο στον ατμό και 2 κουτ. της σούπας τριμμένο τυρί.
Ψήνουμε για 20 λεπτά ώστε να λιώσει το τυρί.
