Σαλάτα με μανιτάρια πλευρώτους

Σας αρέσουν τα μανιτάρια;  Τι θα λέγατε για μια νόστιμη πράσινη σαλάτα με μανιτάρια πλευρώτους και πιπεριές;

Για τη σαλάτα θα χρειαστείτε:

500 γραμμάρια μανιτάρια πλευρώτους
πιπεριές χρωματιστές (1 κόκκινη, 1 κίτρινη, 1 πορτοκαλί)
πρασινάδα (εγώ έχω βάλει γαλλική σαλάτα και λόλα)
1-2 σκελίδες σκόρδο
3 κουταλίες μουστάρδα
λίγο ελαιόλαδο
ρίγανη
αλάτι

Η εκτέλεση είναι απλή:

Σε ένα ταψί βάζουμε τις πιπεριές (κομμένες σε μπαστουνάκια), τα μανιτάρια,   το σκόρδο (ψιλοκομμένο), τη ρίγανη,  το αλάτι, τη μουστάρδα, το λάδι και τα ανακατεύετε καλά.

Βάζετε το ταψί στο φούρνο για 35 λεπτά περίπου στον αέρα, στους 200 βαθμούς

Μόλις βγάλετε τα μανιτάρια από το φούρνο, τα αφήνετε να κρυώσουν, προσθέτετε τη πράσινη σαλάτα, τα ανακατεύετε καλά και σερβίρετε!
